1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the bet36 live platform and its users ("Members"). By creating an account or using any service on bet36 live, a Member is considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

• Creating an account on behalf of another person or using another person's details is prohibited.

2.2 Registration Process

When registering an account, the Member must provide accurate and complete information — including name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled, and any associated funds may be held.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login and Security

Members must keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing another person to access your account is prohibited. If a Member suspects their account security has been compromised, they must notify the bet36 live support team immediately.

bet36 live will not be liable for any loss or unauthorised transactions resulting from unauthorised access, unless it is proven that the issue was caused entirely by bet36 live's own IT systems.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If a Member's personal details (mobile number, email, etc.) change, the Member must update their account information promptly. bet36 live is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to update this information.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each Member may operate only one account. If it is confirmed that the same person is operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any winnings earned from bonuses will be voided.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The payment methods currently accepted on bet36 live are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. No platform fee applies to deposits, though the payment provider may have their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal may be delayed or suspended.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method registered with the Member's account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Security of Funds

It is bet36 live's responsibility to keep Members' deposited funds secure. However, if fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms is proven, bet36 live reserves the right to temporarily hold the funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

bet36 live regularly runs various promotions. Each promotion has its own rules and wagering requirements. Currently active promotions:

• Weekly bet36 live Reload: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met. If bet36 live finds evidence that a Member is abusing bonus benefits, bet36 live reserves the right to cancel that Member's bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

All bets must be placed at the Member's own discretion and voluntarily. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a specific technical error is proven. Bets on an event or game will not be accepted after the outcome of that event has been determined.

6.2 Cancellations and Recalculations

If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or changes venue, bet36 live will settle the bets on that event in accordance with applicable industry standards. If a technical issue occurs during a live casino game, that round will be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.3 Odds Changes

bet36 live reserves the right to update odds at any time. However, the odds at which a Member confirmed a bet will remain applicable to that bet — subsequent changes will not affect previously confirmed bets.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet36 live platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's identity, documents, or payment details.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets to obtain bonus benefits.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing other Members or bet36 live staff.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets or play games.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed, funds may be confiscated, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8. Data Protection

If the service is temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or third-party technical problems, bet36 live is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from such interruptions.

9.2 Gaming Losses

10. Amendments and Termination

bet36 live reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, Members will be notified in advance by email or notification. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is considered acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Account Closure

A Member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Any active bets must be settled before the account is closed, and any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Member.

In the event of a serious breach of the Terms, bet36 live reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without prior notice.
